John, Paul, George & Ringo

'Turn off your mind relax and float down-stream,
It is not dying, it is not dying
Lay down all thought surrender to the void,
It is shining, it is shining.'

'Rubber Soul' dez 1965
'Revolver' ago 1966
'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' jun 1967
'Magical Mistery Tour' dez 1967
'The Beatles (White Album)' nov 1968 (album duplo)
'Yellow Submarine' jan 1969
'Abbey Road' set 1969
'Let it be' mai 1970

Sempre musicas ineditas.

'I read the news today oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn’t notice that the lights had changed'

1. Revolver -- The Beatles
2. The Bends -- Radiohead
3. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band -- The Beatles
4. OK Computer -- Radiohead
5. The White Album -- The Beatles ;

3 em 5? Nada mau! O New Musical Express tambem fez votações destas.

1. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, The Beatles
2. Pet Sounds, The Beach Boys
3. Revolver, The Beatles
4. Highway 61 Revisited, Bob Dylan
5. Rubber Soul, The Beatles

'Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly.
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise'

Brit-pop? Falem com eles.

'When I get to the bottom
I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
Till I get to the bottom and I see you again.'

Obrigado pelas musicas John, Paul, George e Ringo.

'I used to get mad at my school
The teachers who taught me weren’t cool
Holding me down, turning me round
Filling me up with your rules.
I’ve got to admit it’s getting better
It’s a little better all the time
I have to admit it’s getting better
It’s getting better since you’ve been mine'

"Ah, look at all the lonely people
Ah, look at all the lonely people

Eleanor Rigby picks up the rice in the church where a wedding has been
Lives in a dream
Waits at the window, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door
Who is it for?

All the lonely people
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people
Where do they all belong?

Father McKenzie writing the words of a sermon that no one will hear
No one comes near
Look at him working, darning his socks in the night when there's nobody there
What does he care?

All the lonely people
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people
Where do they all belong?

Ah, look at all the lonely people
Ah, look at all the lonely people

Eleanor Rigby died in the church and was buried along with her name
Nobody came
Father McKenzie wiping the dirt from his hands as he walks from the grave
No one was saved

All the lonely people (Ah, look at all the lonely people)
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people (Ah, look at all the lonely people)
Where do they all belong?"
